April 13 Meeting Minutes

Meeting Attendees: Ken and Kathy Maher, Ron and Linda Wencil, Alex D’Angelo, David and Bobbe Lytle, Gary Spinazze, Dave and Janice Love, Rick and June DiLella, Ed Cashman, and Gary Westfall and Margaret Barcelo, Michael Papson, Bill and Dawn Mendes, Rodney and Linda Pennington, John Gilbert, Bill and Gayle Jereb, Steve and Darlene Bieglecki

Guests: Dave Menk, Roger and Margo Maple, Tom and Carol Rossi, Byron Hill

Opening Remarks and President Report:

· Ken Maher called the meeting to order.

· Photo shoot will be April 20th

· Any event host should send pictures of the event to be posted to the website

Guest Presenters:

· Sarasota County Sheriff Kurt Hoffman and Deputy Sheriff Mohammad Mubarak

Secretary Report:

· A motion was made to approve the March meeting minutes. Dave Love made the motion and Bill Jereb seconded the motion for approval

Membership Director Report:

· We currently have 24 memberships with a total of 48 members and 38 cars. Please let Bill Mendes know of any changes to your membership

Treasurer Report:

· We currently have $3,148.00 in the bank account.

· Completed the 2021 tax return

Quartermaster Report:

· Please see the Quartermaster Report in the PowerPoint presentation for shirt and embroidery pricing

· Hats are self-purchase

Social Events:

· Please see the social events report in the PowerPoint presentation for upcoming events

Vice President Report:

· Dave Love provided a list of local car shows. Please see the vice president report in the PowerPoint presentation for details
